Fan error на Lenovo Z61t

Выскакивает ошибка вентилятора и не могу устранить. Что было мной сделано и что не помогло:
1. Разобрал ноут, почистил, смазал там где надо
2. По совету народных умельцев из ютуба доставал процессор из гнезда\открывал и закрывал сокет несколько раз
3. Разъединял все контакты какие можно было разъединить

Один умелец подсказал, что проблема может быть в сбое подачи напряжения на кулер! Типа система не понимает когда идет перегрев и нужно поддать мощности и когда наоборот. Для справки скажу, при включении кулер работает 2-3 секунды, а потом останвливается и выплывает та самая ошибка.

Как разрешить проблему? Можно ли как-то проверить\перенастроить систему на правильную подачу напряжения?

P.S. Пока до конца не разберусь в чем проблема, новую систему охлаждения покупать не буду
