Вы не поняли суть проблемы, я умею устанавливать Windows и делал это много раз ))).

А если я запускаю установку (именно установку, а не гружусь в уже установленную систему, ничего на винте не стоит) в безопасном режиме, то доходит только до этого момента
Loading Windows Files Loaded: \windows\system32\drivers\disk.sys — и висит, дальше загрузка установочной среды не идёт. Надеюсь теперь понятно будет.

Не устанавливается из-за не совместимости разрядности систем.
Необходимо загрузиться с любого Live CD и отформатировать диск. Или пробовать сначала хотябы удалить скрытый системный раздел.

Диск отформатирован правильно, на нём не стоит ни каких операционных систем вообще, скрытого системного раздела у меня нет (это точно).

Попробуйте в BIOS режим SATA — контроллера выставить IDE или наоборот ACHI .
Пробуйте отключить UEFI .

Або диск криво записан, або приводу гайки. Возможен так же вариант проблем с оперативной памятью.
1. Берем флешку
2. Качам gparted live iso
3. Качам UNetbootin
4. записывам образ на флешку
5. Грузимся.
6. Ежели на нжмд есть нужная информация, то удаляем только то, что отводили под системный диск + 100МБ вначале. Ежели нема, то приводим нжмд к виду «весь обьем — неразмечено». mbr/gpt — по вкусу
7. Качам Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool
8. Записывам msdn (. а не чудо-сборку, даже собственного производства) образ на флешку
9. В BIOS выбираем legacy boot / uefi boot в зависимости от п6. часть последняя
10. Грузимся с флешки и проверяем.
11. Ежели фиг, то берем мемтест86+ и mhdd/victoria и гоням железо.

Добрый день.
Принесли ноутбук НОУТБУК SAMSUNG NP305E5A-S07 (https://www.notebook-center.ru/catal. ung_15258.html)
Необходимо было переустановить Windows (на борту были две операционки 7 и 8.1)
При работе оказалось что на клавиатуре не работают клавиши «esc», «F2», «:», left shift, ну и несколько клавиш на цифровой клавиатуре. Пользователя устраивало отсутствие данного функционала))
И соответственно при переустановке возникли проблемы входа в биос (клавиши не работают F2, esc), решил вопросом подключения usb клавиатуры и со скрипом поменял загрузку на флешку. Успешно установил win7 64.
Пользователь попросил поставить SMETA.RU 5 версии (ставится только на win32) и заменить жесткий на побольше (диск принес).
И началось.
После подключения нового диска пропала возможность войти в биос. Комп сразу начинает грузится с жесткого. Разбор и снятие батарейки ни к чему не привели. Так как клавиши не работают, метод с быстрым нажатием esc не проходит.
Комп больше не видит usb клавиатуру.
Два дня танца с бубнами и куча вариантов. Привели к тому что, был скачан recоvery образ для ноута и с помощью ghost залит на старый жесткий. (все делал на другом компе естественно)
И вот при загрузке машина намертво виснет. висят слова старт виндоус и все. Удалось запуститься в safe mode, загрузка виснет на disk.sys
Прогнал жесткий «викторией». Жесткий в порядке. Менял память(стоят две 2г и 4г), загружался в одноканальном, все тоже самое
Жесткий на любом другом компьютере запускает программу восстановления.
Хотел было прошить биос, но так как не работает «:» не могу в DOS перейти на другой диск.
Компьютер если вытащить жд начинает загрузку с сидюка.
Пошел 4 день. Варианты у меня закончились.
Подозрения есть на контроллер жд, и шлейф.

то есть образ winpe закидыаю на жесткий и делаю рахдел активным? потом на штатное место и грузится с него. так? Или я чего то не понял?)
